To All Our Faculty Members and Staff,
This is our second survey and much like the first one, we want you to have a voice in helping our company get better. This has been a very busy year for us preparing our company to comply with the new Gainful Employment regulations. I am going to give some bullet points, just to give you some glimpse of what that has meant to us.
- We had to submit over 150 applications to the states and accreditors.
- We had to adjust our tuition rates, going from an average of $430 per credit hour to $175 per credit hour.
- To help us gain back the revenue loss we had to make changes in the way we operate. Those changes are:
- Eliminating breaks between terms to gain back lost revenue days
- Move to a rotating wheel model for our starts
- Have 10 starts a year
- Move more basic class sessions online
- Renegotiate several leases
- Consolidated textbook purchases.
These are just a few of the changes that the new regulations made it essential for us to do. It took a lot of effort and long hours to create our new model. I want to thank everyone who contributed to that for your determination, professional pride, unselfish understanding of all the why’s and most of all your level of caring to create this model to make us the best we can be under these new regulations.
Going forward we will be fine tuning the new model, and this survey will aid us to see another perspective. The information from this survey will help us, and we are looking forward to receiving caring, well-thought- out feedback.

Please list all team members.
Also, we would like to show our appreciation for well-thought-out actionable suggestions. In addition to our “thank you”, we will be giving individual (or team) gift cards for ideas that fall into the following categories:
- Actionable suggestion that benefits the students the most ($500)
- Actionable suggestion that benefits the faculty the most ($500)
- Actionable suggestion that provides the most cost saving ($500)
